3. Project Terms

3.2 Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client responsiveness. Delays caused by client feedback cycles or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

5.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We agree to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

JAMII Technology's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
