Deliver, then teach. Until you don't need us.

A marketing partnership built to make Clean 360 self-sufficient. We produce real, ready-to-use assets first — then we walk your team through exactly how each one was built so you can keep going without an agency on retainer.

The two-phase cycle

Deliver

Jamii produces a real, ready-to-use asset for Clean 360 — at the quality standard we hold ourselves to. You see the bar first.

Teach

We walk your team through exactly how it was built. Templates, tools, process, best practices — transferred and yours.

RepeatCompounding capability
"This is not a dependency model. Our goal is to build Clean 360 into a self-sufficient marketing operation — starting with deliverables you can put to work today, followed by training so you never need to outsource the basics again."
— Executive Summary · Jamii Technology · May 2026
01 · How we work

Two phases. Every engagement. Every deliverable.

Each piece of work moves through the same two-step cycle. The cycle repeats per deliverable, which means by the time we finish the third or fourth one, your team is already producing alongside us — not waiting on us.

1 Phase one · Deliver

Production-ready assets, made for use today.

Jamii creates the deliverable end-to-end. No drafts you have to polish. No "starter files" you have to figure out. Real assets your team puts to work the moment they land.

  • Branded contentBuilt on Clean 360's voice and visual system — or building that system if it doesn't exist yet.
  • Social media materialsGraphics + copy, sized and formatted for the channels you actually use.
  • Presentations & decksEditable, on-brand, and matched to how the work actually gets reviewed internally.
  • Marketing collateralFlyers, one-pagers, leave-behinds — print-ready, with cut marks where they belong.
Then
Repeat per asset
2 Phase two · Teach

Walk-through so your team can do the next one.

After each deliverable lands, Jamii records a structured walk-through of how it was built. Tools, templates, decisions, shortcuts. Each lesson builds on the last so capability compounds month-over-month.

  • Recorded walk-throughScreen recording with voice-over, indexed by topic. Searchable later when someone forgets a step.
  • Editable templatesSource files (Canva, Figma, .pptx, .indd) handed over with naming conventions and layer hygiene.
  • SOP write-upOne-page standard operating procedure — what good looks like, what to avoid, where to ask for help.
  • Office hours30-minute live Q&A per cycle for the team member who'll own the work going forward.
By month four, your team should be running the social calendar without us in the room. By month six, the only reason to call is for new territory — not maintenance.

02 · The shape of the engagement

Our hours go down. Yours go up. That's the win.

What a healthy engagement looks like over six months. The Jamii line falls as the Clean 360 line rises. The crossover — somewhere in month three — is the proof point: after that, we're the consultant, not the producer.

03 · Scope of work

Five service areas. Each one a deliver-then-teach cycle.

The five areas below cover the work Clean 360 needs most often — brand, social, presentations, collateral, and the training that makes the rest stick. Every area ships a real asset first, a transferable template second.

/01Brand Identity

Logo refinement, color system, and brand guidelines you can hand to anyone.

An audit of where the brand is today, a refinement pass on the logo and palette, and a brand guidelines PDF that's short enough to actually be read. Becomes the source of truth for every asset that follows.

DeliverableBrand Kit PDF · editable source files
/02Social Media

Weekly posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

Graphics and copy, sized per channel, scheduled in a calendar your team can edit.

DeliverableCalendar + assets
/03Presentations

Weekly 5-slide status deck template.

Key metrics, wins, next steps. Built once, used every week — by your team.

/04Collateral

Flyers, one-pagers, leave-behinds.

Print-ready PDFs for client acquisition. Source files included for in-house edits.

/05Training & Knowledge Transfer

The reason the rest of this works — recorded walk-throughs and SOPs for every deliverable.

Screen-recorded walk-throughs, written SOPs, and live office hours per cycle. Not a one-time bootcamp — a steady drip of capability transfer that pairs with every shipped asset. By month four your team owns the work.

DeliverableTraining videos · SOPs · office hours
04 · Proposed timeline

Eight weeks of build. Then we shift to ongoing.

Every row is a deliver-then-teach pair. The training never lags behind the deliverable — the walk-through ships in the same week as the asset itself.
